Tanto tiempo dando la lata a los amigos de <a href=\"https:\/\/websgalicia.es\">websGalicia.es<\/a> con la importancia de <strong>fidelizar\u00a0clientes<\/strong> que no les ha quedado m\u00e1s remedio que \u00abanimarme\u00bb a escribir un post sobre este tema \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Esta fijaci\u00f3n m\u00eda se debe a que la mayor\u00eda de las <strong>peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas<\/strong> que conozco cuando deciden llevar a cabo una <strong>estrategia<\/strong> de <a title=\"marketing-wiki-websgalicia-es\" href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mercadotecnia\" target=\"_blank\">marketing<\/a> suelen marcarse generalmente como objetivo prioritario atraer <strong>nuevos clientes<\/strong>. Son muy pocas las empresas que deciden realizar acciones dirigidas a sus <strong>propios clientes<\/strong>, consideran que es en la captaci\u00f3n de nuevos clientes\u00a0donde tienen que emplear\u00a0el mayor porcentaje de su <strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>. \u00a0Y seguramente no est\u00e9n equivocados siempre y cuando, la empresa sea\u00a0de muy reciente constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las empresas que llevan funcionando un tiempo y ya tienen una cartera de clientes, deber\u00edan valorar muy seriamente\u00a0si las estrategias de marketing a desarrollar deben estar <strong>orientadas<\/strong> a la fidelizaci\u00f3n de su actual clientela y\u00a0analizar calculadora en mano que resulta m\u00e1s <strong>rentable<\/strong>, si la inversi\u00f3n de tiempo y dinero para conseguir nuevos compradores o bien\u00a0el <strong>coste<\/strong> de realizar acciones de fidelizaci\u00f3n. Mi opini\u00f3n es clara en este sentido, hay que <strong>valorar<\/strong> los posibles resultados en ambos escenarios antes de\u00a0elegir\u00a0entre una u otra\u00a0estrategia<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchas <a href=\"http:\/\/txemadaluz.com\/fidelizar-clientes-con-marketing-de-contenidos-estrategia-ganadora\/\">f\u00f3rmulas\u00a0especificas<\/a> que se pueden llevar cabo\u00a0para mejorar la fidelizaci\u00f3n de clientes. No tienen por qu\u00e9 ser especialmente <strong>costosas<\/strong> si sabemos manejar conceptos como la <strong>cercan\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>exclusividad<\/strong>, <strong>valor a\u00f1adido<\/strong>, etc. por que estas sensaciones har\u00e1n que nuestro cliente se sienta mimado. <strong>Promociones especiales<\/strong> por antig\u00fcedad,\u00a0<strong>informaci\u00f3n exclusiva<\/strong>\u00a0de ciertos productos o servicios, <strong>sorteos<\/strong> s\u00f3lo para clientes, etc. \u00a0Estas estrategias manejadas adecuadamente en funci\u00f3n del <strong>perfil<\/strong> de nuestra clientela, son especialmente rentables<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Es sabido que\u00a0si hemos establecido\u00a0un v\u00ednculo con el\u00a0cliente\u00a0hay una mayor probabilidad\u00a0que vuelva a comprar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si todav\u00eda tienes la calculadora en la mano te propongo que calcules que porcentaje de tus<strong> ventas<\/strong> del pasado a\u00f1o provienen de nuevos clientes y qu\u00e9 <strong>porcentaje<\/strong> corresponde a compras realizadas por clientes activos.
